Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash the fingerling potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise. Toss them in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Roast the Potatoes
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

Prepare the Broccolini
While the potatoes are roasting, wash the broccolini and trim the ends. In a separate bowl, toss the broccolini with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.

Cook the Broccolini
After the potatoes have been in the oven for 15 minutes, add the broccolini to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

Rest the Steak
Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
