Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Rice

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, add the rinsed rice, 300ml of water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

2

Cook the Doner Meat

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the doner meat and cook until heated through and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

3

Prepare the Vegetables

While the rice and doner are cooking, thinly slice the onion and tomato.

4

Fry the Potatoes

Cook the fries according to package instructions or your preferred method until golden and crispy.

5

Assemble the Dish

In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, followed by the doner meat, fries, sliced onion, and tomato. Serve warm.
