Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
In a rocks glass, add the sugar and bitters. Add a splash of water to help dissolve the sugar.
Mix the Cocktail
Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
Add Ice
Add ice cubes to the glass.
Pour the Bourbon
Pour the bourbon over the ice.
Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop the peel into the glass.
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your Old Fashioned.
