Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Bacon

In a large pot, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the pot.

2

Sauté Vegetables

Add butter to the pot with the bacon fat. Sauté the onion, celery, and garlic until the onion is translucent.

3

Add Potatoes and Clam Juice

Stir in the diced potatoes and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.

4

Add Clams and Cream

Stir in the chopped clams and heavy cream. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the clams to heat through.

5

Season and Serve

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon and chopped parsley before serving.
