Baby Back Beef Ribs

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill or smoker to a low temperature (around 225°F or 107°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture all over the baby back ribs.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on the grill or smoker, bone side down. Cook for about 4-5 hours, maintaining a steady low temperature.

  4. 4

    Baste with BBQ Sauce

During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs liberally with BBQ sauce, allowing it to caramelize on the ribs.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Sides

While the ribs are cooking, prepare the French fries according to package instructions and heat the baked beans in a saucepan.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the ribs are cooked and tender, remove them from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with French fries and baked beans.
