1. Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the onion, slice the tomato, and wash the lettuce leaves. Set them aside.
2. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your woodfire grill to medium-high heat.
3. Form the Patties
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
4. Grill the Onions
