Method

Preparation of Chicken

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

While the chicken is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.

  3. 3

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Avoid flipping the chicken too often to achieve nice grill marks.

Making the Sauce

  1. 4

    Choose Your Sauce

Select one of the sauce options: red wine demi-glace, bacon bleu cheese butter, port wine mushroom sauce, lemon herb butter, or horseradish crème. Prepare according to your recipe or package instructions.

  2. 5

    Serve with the Chicken

Once the chicken is grilled and has rested for a few minutes, plate the chicken breasts and drizzle your chosen sauce over the top before serving.
