Method

For the Prosciutto Wrapped Tiger Shrimp

1

Prepare the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Take each tiger shrimp and wrap them individually in a slice of prosciutto. Ensure the shrimp is fully covered to keep them moist while cooking.

2

Season the Shrimp

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the wrapped shrimp to add flavor.

3

Bake the Shrimp

Place the wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

For the Snow Crab Cream Sauce

4

Sauté the Shallots and Mushrooms

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped shallots and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until the shallots are translucent and the mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

5

Make the Cream Sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Add the snow crab meat, sliced green onions, lemon juice, and salt. Stir gently and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

For the Confetti Orzo

6

Cook the Orzo

In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the orzo and 1 tsp of salt. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.

7

Add Vegetables

Once the orzo is cooked, drain any excess water and return it to the pot. Stir in the diced red and yellow bell peppers along with the chopped parsley. Mix well and heat on low for 2-3 minutes until everything is warmed through.
