Method

Dip Preparation

1

Sauté Spinach

In a large skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

2

Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the wilted spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.

3

Season the Dip

Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

4

Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Crostini Preparation

5

Prepare Baguette

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Preheat a grill or oven to medium heat.

6

Season and Toast

Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. Place the slices on the grill or in the oven and toast for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
