Preparing the Salad Base

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the mixture until it is well-emulsified and creamy.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bread into small cubes and place them in a large bowl.
