Prepare the Glass
Rim a martini glass with crushed pistachios by moistening the rim with a little cream and dipping it into the crushed pistachios.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Bailey’s Irish Cream, Vanilla Vodka, Fabrizia Crème de Pistachio, Blue Curacao, Amaretto, and Heavy Cream.

Shake It Up
Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish with additional crushed pistachios or a pistachio on a skewer if desired.
