Cookie Ingredients

Method

1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

3

In another bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

4

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

5

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

6

Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

7

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.

8

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm.
