Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.

2

Fry the Brussels Sprouts

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Brussels sprouts cut side down and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

3

Prepare the Bread Crumbs

In a separate pan, toast the bread crumbs over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

4

Combine Ingredients

Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked, remove from heat and toss them in a bowl with the Caesar dressing, sunflower seeds, and toasted bread crumbs.

5

Serve

Plate the Caesar sprouts and finish with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
