Prepare the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the top of the salad. Gently toss to combine.

Arrange the boquerones on top of the salad for garnish.
