Prepare the Crust

Bake the crust
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Make the Cheesecake Filling

Mix the filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, and mix until incorporated. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and mix well.

Add eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Finally, add flour and mix until just combined.

Bake the cheesecake
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for about an hour.

Refrigerate
After cooling, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Cool the sauce
Allow the raspberry sauce to cool before serving.
