In a saucepan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Dip each bocconcini ball first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well-coated.

Fry the Bocconcini
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded bocconcini in batches, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
