1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

4. Combine Mixtures

Once the cake has cooled, poke holes all over the top with a fork. In a bowl, mix together the three milks: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk. Pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
