Cooking Instructions

1

Marinate the Beef

In a large bowl, combine Shiner Bock® beer, serrano peppers (finely chopped), lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef flank steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

2

Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the onion and bell peppers into thin strips.

3

Grill the Beef

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the beef for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

4

Grill the Vegetables

In the same grill pan, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.

5

Serve

Warm the flour tortillas and serve the grilled beef and vegetables with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, Mexican rice, and refried beans on the side.
