Chicken Tenderloins

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Add the chicken tenderloins to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  3. 3

    Grilling Method

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken tenderloins for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. 4

    Frying Method

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil. Fry the marinated chicken tenderloins for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Blackened Method

Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the chicken tenderloins coated in the marinade. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with your choice of two sides and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
