- 1
Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- 2
Add the Sauce
Spread the red sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 3
Layer the Ingredients
Slice the Mama’s meatball into halves or quarters. Arrange the meatballs evenly over the sauce, followed by the sliced mushrooms and roasted red pepper.
- 4
Add Cheese
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the top of the pizza.
- 5
Season the Pizza
Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 6
Bake
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- 7
Serve
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
