Cooking the Patty

    Prepare the Patty

    In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into a patty.

    Cook the Patty

    Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Bacon and Assembly

    Cook the Bacon

    In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Assemble the Burger

    On the bottom half of the brioche bun, spread dijonnaise, place the lettuce, followed by the patty, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, red onion, tomato, pickles, and top with BBQ sauce. Finish with the top half of the bun.
