Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, gently mix the Angus ground chuck with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each to prevent puffing during cooking.

2

Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking to melt.

3

Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

4

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, a slice of tomato, the cooked patty with melted cheese, pickles, and the top half of the bun.

5

Serve with Sides

Serve the burgers with a side of French fries and hand-breaded onion rings for garnish.
