Prepare the Crust

Make the crust
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
Prepare the Chocolate Layer

Melt the chocolate
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine dark chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Prepare the Pumpkin Layer

Mix the pumpkin layer
In a large bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth and creamy.

Spread the pumpkin mixture over the chocolate layer in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
