Seafood Preparation

Prepare the Shrimp
Rinse the shrimp under cold water, remove the shell and devein if necessary.

Prepare the Clams
Soak the clams in cold water for 30 minutes to remove sand. Rinse under cold water.

Prepare the Snow Crab
Thaw the snow crab legs if frozen and rinse under cold water.

Prepare the Lobster Tail
With kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, exposing the meat.
Cooking

Boil the Seafood
In a large pot, fill with water and bring to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Clams
Add the clams to the boiling water first, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until they open.

Cook the Shrimp and Crab
Add the shrimp and snow crab legs to the pot and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

Cook the Lobster Tail
Add the lobster tail to the pot and cook for 5 minutes or until the meat is opaque.

Make the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Prepare the Corn
Bring a separate pot of water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.

Prepare the Garlic Bread
Slice the loaf of garlic bread and bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until golden.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Arrange the seafood on a large platter, drizzle with garlic butter, and serve with the sides of corn, potatoes, and garlic bread.
