Method

Prepare Seafood

  1. 1

    Clean the Shrimp

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and remove the shells and devein them if not pre-prepped.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Snow Crab

If purchased whole, use a seafood cracker to crack open the crab legs and claws for easier eating.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster tails, being careful not to cut through the meat. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

Season the Seafood

  1. 4

    Seasoning Mix

In a bowl, combine Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well to create a seasoning paste.

  2. 5

    Apply Seasoning

Rub the seasoning mix all over the shrimp, snow crab, and lobster tails, ensuring even coverage.

Cook Seafood

  1. 6

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add salt to the water for flavor.

  2. 7

    Cook the Corn

Add the corn on the cob to the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

  3. 8

    Cook Potatoes

Add whole potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender.

  4. 9

    Add Seafood

Once the corn and potatoes are cooked, add the seasoned shrimp, snow crab, and lobster tails to the pot and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Prepare Sides

  1. 10

    Prepare Coleslaw

In a bowl, mix coleslaw mix with your favorite dressing and set aside.

Serve

  1. 11

    Plating

Using a slotted spoon, remove the seafood and sides from the pot and place them on a large serving platter. Drizzle garlic butter over the seafood.

  2. 12

    Enjoy

Serve immediately with lemon wedges and enjoy your seafood feast!
