Prepare the Coffee
Brew a cup of strong, hot coffee.
Mix the Ingredients
In a warm glass, combine the hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and brown sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the Cream
Gently pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top of the coffee mixture.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a few coffee beans on top. Serve immediately without stirring.
