Lobster Tail Parmigiana Fra DiAvolo Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the lobster tails lengthwise and remove any vein. Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Make the Fra Diavolo Sauce

In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant. Stir in crushed tomatoes and fresh basil. Season with salt and black pepper. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Pasta

While the sauce is simmering, cook the capellini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Dish

In a baking dish, place the cooked lobster tails, and cover them generously with the seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve

Toss the capellini with the Fra Diavolo sauce. Serve the lobster tails on top of the pasta and sauce.
