Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Capellini
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the capellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix Capellini and Serve
Add the cooked capellini to the skillet with the meatballs and marinara. Toss gently until the pasta is well coated. Serve hot, topped with grated Locatelli and chopped fresh mozzarella.
