Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Fries

Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

2

Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.

3

Make Garlic Butter

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

4

Cook the Steak

Season the teres major steak with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

5

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the mixed farm vegetables and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6

Serve

Slice the rested steak and serve it with a generous drizzle of garlic butter, sautéed vegetables, and a side of pommes frites.
