1. Prepare the Fruit
Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces. If using citrus fruits, peel and segment them.
2. Make the Simple Syrup

3. Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine the prepared fruit, cooled simple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
4. Freeze the Mixture
Pour the blended mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until solid.
5. Scrape and Serve
Once frozen, use a fork to scrape the sorbet into fluffy textures. Serve immediately or refreeze until ready to serve.
