1. Prepare the Fruit

Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces. If using citrus fruits, peel and segment them.

2. Make the Simple Syrup

In a saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let it cool.

3. Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine the prepared fruit, cooled simple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
