Prepare Jalapeños
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Set aside.

Make Filling
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the smoked salmon until well combined.

Stuff Jalapeños
Fill each jalapeño half with the smoked salmon and cream cheese mixture.

Prepare Tempura Batter
In a separate bowl, combine the tempura batter mix with cold water according to package instructions to create a smooth batter.

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Coat and Fry
Dip each stuffed jalapeño in the tempura batter and carefully place in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble Hot Popper
Place a fried jalapeño popper on a sheet of soy paper, drizzle with sriracha, and roll up tightly. Repeat with the remaining poppers.

Cut the rolled hot poppers into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
