Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a bowl.

Once the brussel sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and drizzle the creamy lemon miso sauce over them. Toss to combine. Top with toasted cashews and serve immediately.
