Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Assemble the Chicken Parma
In a baking dish, spread a layer of pomodoro sauce. Place the seared chicken breasts on top, then cover them with the remaining pomodoro sauce. Sprinkle with Pecorino Romano and mozzarella cheese.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Cook the Spaghetti
While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Serve
Once the chicken is done, serve it over a bed of spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil. Serve with insalata (salad) and fresh baked rolls.
