Bulgogi Cheesesteak Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Kimchi

In the same skillet, add chopped kimchi and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

On the brioche buns, layer the cooked bulgogi, sautéed kimchi, and top with provolone cheese. Optionally, place under a broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Make Gochujang Aioli

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with an additional tablespoon of gochujang and honey to create the gochujang aioli.

  6. 6

    Prepare Honey Butter Chips

In a separate bowl, mix melted butter and honey. Toss potato chips in the honey butter mixture and serve alongside the sandwich.
