Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the grapefruit soju, Bonal Gentiane-Quina, and fresh lemon juice. Shake well to combine.

Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.
