Chicken Marinade

Aioli Sauce

Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine minced chicken with soy sauce, honey, lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is fully coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated minced chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.

Topping Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the chicken is marinating, chop the lettuce, dice the cucumber, and chop the cilantro. Set aside in a mixing bowl.

Aioli Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Aioli Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, and sriracha sauce. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt to taste. Adjust the spiciness by adding more sriracha if desired.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Taco

On a serving plate, layer the cooked minced chicken, followed by the chopped lettuce, diced cucumber, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle the house special aioli sauce generously over the top.
