Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse and trim the string beans, cutting them into 1-inch pieces. Wash the Thai basil and set aside. Mince the garlic and slice the red chili.

Stir-fry the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables
In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the string beans and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add Thai Basil
Finally, add the Thai basil to the wok and stir-fry for an additional minute until the basil is wilted.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Serve the Pad Krakow Gai hot, garnished with additional Thai basil if desired. This dish is perfect with steamed jasmine rice.
