Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are blended together.
- 2
Marinate the Pork
Add the pork tenderloin to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
When ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 4
Grill the Pork
Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place it on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 5
Rest and Serve
Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
