Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Lasagna Sheets

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lasagna sheets and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Fry the Lasagna Sheets

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the cooked lasagna sheets in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Layer the Nachos

On a large serving platter, arrange the fried lasagna sheets in a single layer. Spread a generous amount of Alfredo sauce over the sheets.

  4. 4

    Add Toppings

Layer the sliced black olives, roasted red peppers, sliced pepperoncinis, diced marinated tomatoes, and grated fresh Parmesan cheese over the Alfredo sauce.

  5. 5

    Final Seasoning

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. You may add more Parmesan on top if desired.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately while warm and crispy. Enjoy your Lasagna Nachos!
