Prepare the Noodles
Cook the wide rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Cook the Beef
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and green onions, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Serve
Remove from heat and fold in the Thai basil leaves. Serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
