Savor our Hibachi Lobster Tail, grilled to perfection and served with a rich garlic butter sauce for a deliciously indulgent experience.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull the meat out slightly and lay it on top of the shell.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Remove from heat.
Preheat the grill or hibachi to medium-high heat. Brush the lobster meat with some of the garlic butter sauce. Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and has nice grill marks.
Flip the lobster tails and brush with more of the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the grill, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve with remaining garlic butter sauce.
