Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry.
Blanch the Brussels Sprouts
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook the Brussels Sprouts
Add the blanched Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are golden brown.
Finish and Serve
Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and toss to combine. Serve warm.
