Prepare Tuna Salad
In a large mixing bowl, combine canned tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, diced red onion, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 2
Chill the Salad
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 3
Prepare the Garden Salad
While the tuna salad is chilling, prepare a garden salad with your choice of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots.
- 4
Prepare Pasta Salad or Broccoli Slaw
On the side, prepare either a pasta salad or broccoli slaw based on your preference.
- 5
Assemble the Plate
On a large plate, serve a generous portion of the garden salad topped with the chilled tuna salad. Add a side of pasta salad or broccoli slaw.
