Chicken Wings
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mix in the hot sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- 4
Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- 5
Prepare the Vegetables
While the wings are baking, cut the carrots and celery into sticks.
- 6
Serve
Serve the wings hot with carrot and celery sticks on the side, along with your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
