Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add diced bell pepper and zucchini, and cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Cook the Chicken
In the same skillet, push the vegetables to one side and add the chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano. Sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove chicken and slice into strips.

Combine Ingredients
Return the chicken to the skillet, then pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the wine has reduced slightly. Add the cooked penne pasta and cherry tomatoes, and toss everything together.

Serve
Remove from heat and top the dish with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley. Serve warm.
