Method
Prepare the Broth
Combine Ingredients
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onions. Stir well.
Simmer the Broth
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Cook the Noodles and Chicken
Prepare Ramen Noodles
While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Add Chicken
Once the broth is done simmering, add the cooked and shredded chicken into the broth. Stir to combine.
Add Vegetables
Incorporate Vegetables
Add the sliced mushrooms, julienned carrots, and fresh spinach to the broth. Allow to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Serve the Ramen
Assemble the Bowl
To serve, place a portion of the cooked ramen noodles in a bowl. Ladle the hot broth with chicken and vegetables over the noodles.
Add Garnishes
Top with soft-boiled eggs, torn nori sheets, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for extra flavor.
