Preparation of Ingredients

1

Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, season the shrimp with garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well and set aside.

2

Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.

3

Sauté the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.

4

Prepare Vegetables

Chop the lettuce and bell peppers into small pieces.

On each tortilla, spread 1/4 cup of cooked rice, followed by a layer of ground beef, shrimp, shredded cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and bell peppers.

7

Wrap the Burritos

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up from the bottom to the top, enclosing all the fillings.

8

Grill the Burritos (Optional)

If desired, place the wrapped burritos seam-side down on a grill or skillet over medium heat. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
