Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Tacos

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning. Cook according to package instructions. Warm corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Tacos

Fill each corn tortilla with the seasoned beef, lettuce, diced tomato, and a dollop of sour cream. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Tamales

Follow the instructions on the tamale masa mix package to prepare the masa. Fill each tamale with a filling of your choice (optional: add some shredded beef or cheese). Roll and steam according to package instructions.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Enchiladas

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large baking dish, spread a layer of enchilada sauce. Fill tortillas with shredded chicken and cheese, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with extra cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake the Enchiladas

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the tacos, tamales, and enchiladas together on a platter, garnished with chopped cilantro.
