Prepare the Dough

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough begins to form.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Mix Topping Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the roasted garlic, melted butter, grated asiago cheese, chopped parsley, and salt. Mix well to combine.
Form and Bake the Bread

Shape the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small golf ball-sized pieces. Flatten each piece slightly and place a spoonful of the topping mixture inside each one. Pinch the dough to seal.

Cover the pan with a cloth and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
