Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sauce

In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the San Marzano tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Roast the Broccolini

  3. 3

    Assemble the Dish

In a baking dish, spread a layer of the San Marzano tomato sauce on the bottom. Top with fresh mozzarella, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and broccolini.

  4. 4

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle sliced almonds and fontina cheese over the top. Drizzle a little more olive oil if desired.

  5. 5

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
